Do not retain Mr.Quinnan if you are in need of an actual advocate. He is sadly a cog in the broken machine. When things get tough he won’t be there for you. He is a man’s man in every sense of the word and I’m sorry that I made the mistake in trusting my life to him and his partner Peter Kuykendall. In my most crucial moment they deserted me and blamed it on the “fine print.” I guess speaking the truth was simply too much for these boys to handle. not a huge surprise there. Buyer beware.

Let me tell you about Gabriel! He is the Sonoma County Johnny Cochran and will work to get you a fair trial. He is the DA slayer and knows exactly how to ensure freedom. I was being tried in a case where me and my co-defendants were being charged with a robbery and some other erroneous charges. Gabriel, accompanied by three other defense attorneys, tore holes in the prosecution. Enabling the jury to see the real truth and exposing a dirty, prejudice, over zealous, unfair prosecutor. He is so poise and knows how to take a case piece by piece and destroy the prosecution. He is a genuine attorney that really cares about his clients and their personal well being. Gabe Quinnan is an absolutely incredible Attorney. Gabe represented me on a Court Matter that has was incredibly complex and multi-layered. This was a matter that could have gone to trial. Gabriel is a very imformative Attorney, my husband was recently incarcerated and he was able to get my husband a good deal compared to the time he was originally facing. He not only kept my husband informed of what he was doing and answering his questions on a timely manner. Best Lawyer out there, I was in a case where I had a Public Defender wanting me to accept the DA's plea bargain even though I was innocent. Public Defender basically stated that there isn't really a chance of me winning this case at all and most likely I would be found guilty. Soon after I hired Mr. Quinnan, and he was able to get my case dismissed without even going to trial, one of the best lawyers out there and I would highly recommend him because, he basically saved my life.
